Delegates participate in the event for one day only and do not require accommodation. They must submit a paper

Submission of papers to the event is not mandatory. You will only be allocated quotas to participate after all the Delegate places have been filled

Prominent personalities of the sector participating in the event as Speakers or Guests

LODGING.

During the registration process you can choose the hotel of your choice from the proposals below, as well as the type of room and the number of nights to stay (maximum 4 nights). In addition to this, if you are staying in a double or triple room, you have the possibility to specify, or not, the name(s) of other participants with whom you wish to share your room. If you have arranged your own accommodation or do not require it, simply tick the option I do not require accommodation.

*The Organising Committee has the right to change the hosting of a participant in certain situations due to availability of rooms, among others.

The exhibition will be held in parallel to the working sessions of the Scientific Programme, where the Organising Committee reserves the right to the location of each exhibitor according to the interests of the Event. You must register on the event website and contact Plaza America's professional event organiser, whose contacts are listed below, to arrange your contract.

Payments

The deadline for payment is 13 October 2023.

*After your participation has been approved by the Organising Committee, you will receive a digital invoice for your participation in the event and instructions on how to make the payment. To pay, you will need to access 
My Account To do so, you must log in with your email address and password;

*Invoices are individual for each participant, those companies and institutions that have more than one participant, can collect all invoices and issue a single payment. After the payment has been made, each participant is obliged to provide the Organising Committee with evidence of the payment made, which can be a screenshot or a photo of the SMS from Transfermovil, or of the Transfer made. This can be done from your user account.
*Payments in USD can be made through a payment link that you can find in the Invoicing section of your user account. You also have the possibility to pay directly with the official Cubatur receptionist upon arrival at the event venue.

Transferencias Bancarias

For companies and institutions, you can pay your participants by the traditional means of transfer to a bank account.

Cancellation and NO SHOW Policy

-Cancellation of these services must be requested to Cubatur - Events 72 hours in advance, otherwise the full price will be charged as a penalty.

-In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the price will be charged. Only in case of being considered FORCE MAJEURE the reasons for which the customer did not arrive will be exempted this penalty.
